The association is a cross industry and open industrial standards organization voluntarily formed by enterprises, institutions and social organizations related to smart terminals and storage industry chain on the basis of voluntariness, equality, mutual benefit and cooperation.
In order to further standardize the work of the association, an internal management procedure has been developed in accordance with the ITMA Constitution, which was approved by the first ITMA General Meeting and became effective on November 9, 2020. The latest revision was made at the general meeting on December 15, 2021, and the revision was confirmed to take effect on January 16, 2022.
According to the requirements of ITMA IPR policy in ITMA Articles, ITMA members are obligated to disclose the Standard Essential Patents information. The two documents in this package are templates for Standard Essential Patents disclosure.
