Testing Specification for NM Card V1.1.0

This specifications defines the test requirements for NM Card product quality evaluation ,including electrical performance, mechanical characteristics and reliability  evaluation.

• July 29, 2021 Released: NM Card product test specification "IS 21.005 v1.0.0";

• May 13, 2024 Release: NM Card Product Test Specification Update Release IS21.005_v1.1.0, revising the threshold of Table2-4 C_DEVICE in Chapter 2.2.1 of IS 21.005 v1.0.0 to 12pF and using the register blank field EXT_CSD to distinguish between [121] bytes and new NM cards.
