In order to ensure the compliance of member units in promoting NM Card products in the market, and at the same time, in order to test the operability of the process, the association will make the first run of the trademark authorization process among the members of the association. 1.NM Card authorization application process:
1). The NM Card trademark authorization is only open for application by ITMA official members.
2).The applicant unit submits the following application materials:
(i)Attachment 1 "ITMA NM Card Trademark Authorization Application";
(ii)Annex II "NM Card Test Report";
(iii) NM Card product design drawing (high-definition front view on white background, both JPGE and PDF formats are acceptable).
Attachments 1 and 2 After completing the documents as required, print the paper documents (one for each), stamp the official seal, and mail the originals to the Secretariat.
Among them, please send the electronic version of the NM Card product design to the Secretariat: email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
3).Sign the license agreement
After the application materials are approved by the association, the "NM Card Trademark License Agreement" will be signed. If there is any doubt in the application materials, the secretariat will contact the applicant for communication and confirmation, and if necessary, coordinate physical verification by a third-party laboratory.
4).Pay the fee
Within five working days after the signing of the "NM Card Trademark License Agreement", the Secretariat will send the invoice for the authorization fee to the applicant, and the applicant will complete the payment of the authorization fee within 30 days after receiving the invoice.
5).The official website is published and the certificate is issued
After completing the payment of the authorization fee, the ITMA official website publishes the authorization list, and mails the authorization certificate to the applicant, and the NM Card trademark authorization process is completed.
2. Regarding the NM Cards that have been sold in the market:
1). If the NM Card product design drawing being sold by the enterprise conforms to the ITMA trademark usage specification, it can continue to be used.
2). If the NM Card product design drawings being sold by the enterprise do not conform to the ITMA trademark usage specifications, the enterprise can report to the association and apply for the NM Card product sales transition period.
3). For the transition period of NM Card product sales, you can apply for a 3-month transition period for the first time, and then you can communicate with the secretariat whether it needs to be extended according to the actual sales situation. product design.
