Member units:
At the first ITMA general meeting held on November 9, 2020, it was voted to "appoint the (joint) leader of each working group to be responsible for presiding over the work of the working group; and after three or four months operating, each working group will formally elect the chairman and vice chairmen, and the (joint) leader will default to become a candidate to participate in the election proposal.
ITMA has been in operation for nearly 5 months, and all aspects of work are carried out in an orderly manner. ITMA decided to use the opportunity of holding the ITMA working group plenary meeting in Hangzhou from April 15 to 17 to hold the election of the chairman and vice chairmen of each ITMA working group. Eligible member units are welcome to nominate candidates to participate in the election.
According to ITMA regulations and ITMA management procedures, candidates for the first chairman and vice chairman of the working group must be representatives of executive members and council members. Member units at any level have the right to vote, and each member unit has only one vote; Candidates who have received the most favorable votes and more than one-third of the votes in favor of the seats present can be elected as chairman and vice-chairmen.
The voting for the election of the chairmen and vice-chairmen of the three ITMA working groups will be held in the afternoon of April 16. Taking into account the cause of the epidemic, the online + offline voting method will be adopted. All units are requested to send voting representatives to participate.
