Member units:
Based on the articles of association (Chinese version) approved by the first general meeting on November 9, 2020, combined with the problems found in the actual operation, the legal adviser of the association will review the initial articles of association (English version) filed with the Hong Kong government Revision, the relevant amendments will be confirmed and approved through the convening of the ITMA General Assembly (online) meeting. The revised English version of the articles of association will be submitted to the Hong Kong government by the legal adviser of the association for the record, and will come into legally effective. The original Chinese version of the articles of association will be abolished and changed to the Chinese guide for the official articles of association.
In view of this, the ITMA Council decided to convene a temporary membership meeting to review and approve the English version of ITMA's articles of association. Members of all units are invited to send authorized representatives to attend the meeting. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

2. The main work plan of the association in the first half of the year
3. Interpretation of the important aspects of the revision of the association's English constitution
4. Voting on the abolition of the Chinese Constitution of the Association
4. Meeting related matters
1. The English version of the articles of association to be voted on will be distributed to the authorized representatives and permanent contacts of each unit about a week before the meeting.
2. All units review the articles of association in advance. If there are any amendments, please send feedback to the secretary of the general assembly Huang Zifeng by email before noon on February 22.
