(2) What detailed materials need to be provided by the applicant should be provided in the form of attachments;

3. Satisfaction of the basic laboratory environment

4. Requirements for laboratory test equipment (including hardware and software)

5. Satisfaction of the laboratory product test process

6. In the part of inspection items, part of the content needs to be merged, and the part of providing proof materials shall be optimized again.
